Introduction: Hypertensive disease of pregnancy (HHD) has been related to alterations in fetal growth, possibly because it affects hematopoiesis. Objective: To evaluate nursing interventions in hematological disorders in newborns. Methods: This research is classified as a systematic review with a qualitative approach. An exhaustive systematic review was carried out from multiple research sources because they represent significant evidence with scientific rigor. Conclusions: Through the design of a nursing care plan, aspects of the efficiency and effectiveness of the techniques aimed at better care for children with this pathology were determined and thus reduce the number of complications presented by neonates.
